The Acropolis of Athens
The Acropolis of Athens is Greece’s most famous ancient archaeological site: This ancient archaeological site is situated on a rocky landslide alongside other iconic structures as well. There are two entrances through which you can access this Acropolis, either through the Dionysus Theatre or the Sanctuary of Asclepius. However, it is advisable that you avoid entering through the Dionysus theater as it is usually more crowded, unless you are in luck. Entering through the Sanctuary of Asclepius, you will encounter the magnificent Stoa of Eumenes before arriving at the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, an impressive Stone Roman theater.
